Supporting teams across 12 countries

Already deployed across 12 countries and in multiple languages, STHRIVE brings relevant performance support to teams across markets.

STHRIVE reports that client companies have seen performance improvements of more than 15%, including gains in sales volume and value, while 95% of employees report an improvement in their own performance.

Having demonstrated its impact with major retail groups, STHRIVE’s next phase focuses on mid-sized businesses and hospitality, making this approach accessible to more organisations.

Making performance support accessible to more businesses

“We have demonstrated our impact in retail and established our business model. Our next step is to make the performance support used by major groups accessible to more businesses,” said David Gravet, Co-Founder of STHRIVE.

“For SMEs, that means giving managers and employees relevant guidance, training and follow-up without having to build a large internal support team.”

Connecting technology with human performance

“Technology creates value when it helps people understand what to do and supports them in doing it. We connect business context and performance insight with practical guidance, training and coaching for employees and managers,” said Laurence Ouaknine, Co-Founder and CEO of STHRIVE.

“Future 100 recognition is an important milestone for our team. We thank our clients, partners and investors for their continued support.”

Supporting teams internationally

Established in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in 2022, STHRIVE has subsidiaries in Dubai and Hong Kong.

STHRIVE has received multiple awards, including Future 100 recognition, and has been selected by Techstars, SANDBOX and in5. It is backed by Oraseya Capital, which invested in the company through its SANDBOX accelerator programme.
